As a AIPM Registered Project Manager, he possesses over twenty years of combined experience in building construction, property development, project management, capital structuring and business operations. Exhibiting a robust proficiency across multiple sectors including house, apartment, hotel, office space and master plan, with a demonstrated track record of effectively steering projects to fruition.

Mr Daniel has comprehensive understanding of the technicality in property development process and instrumental at balancing stakeholder expectations, defining objectives, and keeping diverse participants focused on achieving common goals successfully.
